Coffee legend has it that it all started with goats getting high on some leaves and fruit from a very special plant. Who knew that some degenerate goats would start a revolution, allowing us to be productive human beings.
Now we can enjoy the refreshing and complex flavors that Ethiopian coffee has to offer.
The Limmu region doesn't get nearly as much recognition as it's Yirgacheffe brother. We identify with that. Thus, we bring the delicious underdog , and it's many small holders, with us.
